Hi everyone on March 26th my class did a Summer Haiku. We learnt that Haiku's are basically Japanese poems that can only have 3 lines. The first line has 5 syllables, the second line has 7 syllables and lastly, the third line has 5 syllables just like the first one. It was really fun and since it was about Summer, in my opinion, it was even more fun to think about the sentences themselves! Here is my Summer Haiku, Adios!
I am a student at New Windsor School. This is where I share my learning around Learn, Create, Share and the New Windsor Way

Autumn-Haiku
Hi again! About two weeks ago my classroom started doing an Autumn Haiku. We learnt that Haiku's are basically Japanese poems that can only have 3 lines. The first line has 5 syllables, the second line has 7 syllables and lastly, the third line has 5 syllables just like the first one. I didn't know we had to do it... so I did it two weeks later (Today / the day I made this), come check mine out!
